Yes! This promotion is the greatest thing ever! I mean sure, some people got the Holo-Leeta boff as a thank you gift for donating to a worthy charity but now it's much more available to those selected from the pool. How were they selected, do we know?

Another set of directions, if those previously posted aren't helping... Get to the ring-shaped path that goes from one shield generator to another; imagining the ring shape as a clock, head to the 9:30 position. The iconian thingo will be on the outside edge of the path.
