• The only way to get in is to set the client on the Engage page, go into options, and check safe mode. I can get in this way, and once in, you can go into options again and change to default to get a slightly better rendering. • I have the same issue of not being able to log on. It does not launch normally after 30 minutes. It does not launch after 6 hours. Please refund my money. This has be going on for days.
