I am level 16 and I have yet to receive KDF initial doffs (level 11). I was at First City when S'stas just pop and completed quest without the award. I'm posting here because support said that it did not have a solution and encourage posting here. :neutral:

I agree, the fix is done going to Space...check! It does not work for me. The entire thing I mentioned about DS9's ship selection is to note other actions I did prior to finding the fix. Thank you and I'll stop it here.

Thank you for the reply and I did follow instructions but I could not make it work. I speculate that the instructions work when you first get the bug. I cannot "switch Starship from your Shuttle into your second active Starship." Unfortunately, the fix does not work in my case and I wasted those experimental tokens. :smile:

So I got a hold of all new traits for my KDF Reman character, and not one of them is showing up in the trait selection tab. I bought another trait and I get the message "You have already unlocked this Trait on this character." Is this a known game bug or just me? If you use the $50 pwe prepaid card, you only get the 15% bonus at checkout. I just used one and you don't get the extra 300 zen like with other options--paypal, ultimate game card, etc.
