• Same here. Haven't played for awhile, figured I'd try out a Romulan character and then boom, every time I try opening the launcher, it crashes. The loader goes through an attempt to update, but then Windows tells me the application has stopped working.

• I'm having a similar issue. Every time I try to open the launcher, it crashes and I get the typical windows message of "Cryptic Game Launcher has stopped working." I've allowed it access through my firewall, so that's not an issue as a previous poster suggested.
