I can't claim the Fed Science ship either. Same exact problem, it even says the transaction was successful, but I never get the ship.

If the lag isn't fixed the ships are useless. No point in sinking more money in a game that's unplayable. Adding additional abilities and more ships is not helping the lag, it's just adding more variables to sift through as Cryptic tries to fix it or at its worst adding to it.

The only time I have seen someone kicked was because they told an admin to stfu. That deserved a kick. I have seen plenty of folks hit 25k+ on 30k runs and no one blinked.

The dps channels are basically what kept me playing after DR hit. Pugging was impossible and my fleet is not very active. Yes I turned the mat'ha trait off, I was running a jem'hadar carrier with elite scorpions and it was scattering enemies everywhere. It's quite awful. I have both the Qib and Mat'ha. I have ap dbb's on the mat'ha and that gets me consistent 40k+ Isa runs. The qib has a combination of rom-plasma and regular plasma and it was getting 39k in Isa. It's a kdf ability so no one at cryptic cares. It's pretty lousy in my opinion too. I would be a lot happier with reciprocity. Instead I get a trait that benefits cannons, I use beams, and another that even if it worked, I don't use bo or torpedoes. So also useless. I turned it off. At least now I can go back to my jhdc…
