I'm having the same issue. *sigh* My character is NOT maxed out and I was looking forward to leveling her tonight. What use is that, though, when I can't update her (or her bridge crew's) skills? I've put in tickets about it.

I have never understood the griefing mentality. I was raised to "do unto others as you would have them do unto you". I don't think it's funny or enjoyable to ruin other people's game time by killing the npc's they're trying talk to or by filling the air with smoke so that they can't see where they're going, etc. I…
