yes you can.. as long as you have the Dil to buy one. it would take me quite a while (10 days is a while to me) to get together 80k dil to buy a tier 4 ship. by the time i got 80k dil id be long past the need of it and up to tier 5.

yeah took quite a while even in a well decked out D'dex. any time i got within firing range of the command ship i had all the battle ships spin around and start whacking me with their cone attack. took me 45 minutes and about 20 deaths to finally kill it using plasma and hrpang(sp) torps. it was getting quite frustrating.…
