was this ever resolved, the issue Delta Recruit Romulan, not being able to Site-to-Site Transport during alerts on New Romulus, despite having all the transporters unlocked? I still have this issue and would like to correct it if there is a solution. BBCode

I was having the same issue on my KDF Alien charater. I was able to create a 3rd load out and now I can switch between all 3; However when I switch, it says (unsaved changes) for each one. Additionally I can only switch to 2nd load out from load out 1, not load out 3.

What is the level progression for crafting; I want to know how many points needed for each level; such as level zero 0-30 level one 0-150 and so forth?
