I've spent a lot of years and money learning and building my character. To then have to play as someone else is irritating when it involves combat with a build that a noob could have thrown together. All the advice you have received above is spot on. On normal difficulty you can literally do every mission in this game in a shuttle, I know because I've done it. The only place in the game it actually made sense to use it was the MAGICAL winter wonderland. If it's about the PvP race then why do you allow frosted boots, because they are still obtainable? Then put the charm in the Winder Wonderland Vendor store. Otherwise you should remove anything else that gives a speed boost.
