Hi I had the personal endeavor "Defeat 60 Terrans (ground)". So I tought "let's give a try to the new TFO (Bird Cage)". Apparently, the Guards in that TFO do not count as "Terrans" for the purpose of the endeavor. Many (if not all) of the Guards had "Tactical Guards" shown as their allegiance. Maybe this is intentional,…

Hi Unfortunately I don't have that particular piece of equipment, which means that I couldn't try this myself: Go to the bottom of your inventory, click the "upgrade" button, a window opens in which you can try to drag and drop the item from your inventory. If that works, it will convert to Mk XII and become upgradeable.

Problem solved, the ticket worked, i have got the missing packs/tokens today. Thumbs up to the support team :smiley:

Hello there, Same case for me, received the ship (no ship slot available for now, didn't open it), 2 weapon packs and only 1 upgrade token. It's the first time I have such a problem, I don't know how to handle this. Should I send a ticket?
