• Ok, for anyone having this issue I fixed it previously by uninstalling Arc and all associated games and then reinstalling. Once the game and launcher patched a few times, it started again. First on Neverwinter, now again on STO. Not sure what kind of special sauce you are putting in the patches, but it is causing issues.

• Same issue. Tried the above, no joy. Uninstalled/reinstalled...same. Any chance of getting an official response on this? It's obviously not just me.
