OK, I don't understand what is going on.. this what I am doing and what takes place: Launcher opens OK, and updated I then enter my username and password game then patched OK (took forever, big file!!) I then hit "engage" and then the load screen comes up with "Cryptic" and then that's when things go wrong. My computer…

Thank you for looking over this matter.. I was/am getting "server timed out" when logging in. I sure hope they test all servers before they come back on,, not just for the unknown error.. please look over the time out problem also.. Thanks Stryider :rolleyes: UFDF

I'm not getting a "login failed for unknown reason" I get this Retrieving list of characters then Connection to the log on sever timed out is this also under the same issue ? the version I have is: ST.30.20130513a 12
