As a customer giving business to PWE/Cryptic, I've got every right to complain when their product is jacked up, just as I would with giving business to any other company.
There's also a line between my money and your paycheck too. Spending my hard earned money, which goes into your paychecks, on a service that is having problems like this makes me NOT want to spend money.
