  • I'm not sure about the Romlulan one, but the Omega one gives double reputation XP, not bonus marks. Instead of making 2000xp on the big task, you make 4000xp. You still gain the same amount of marks, but it takes half as long to level up.

  • I had the same problems a couple of weeks ago and they're back again. Is it another Neverwinter beta weekend? I think that was the problem last time. Doesn't say much about PW infrastructure if this happens during beta for an unrelated game.
