its not working for me and i am on Windows 10 I believe that it maybe a case of uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

I am not sure this was asked but on sto wiki the mentioned the level increase the one thing I am concerned about is that all my fleet gear and c-store ships will be out dated. What I would like to know is will the c-store ships increase in rank with you and will the fleet gear automaticly change to the highest level?

lol, thanks i have been playing in-game for ages like 3 years i think and have returned to the fourms to really build a fleet and my podcasting website. I love STO and want to make a podcast but as you know there are loads.
