I know you cant get the points back but you know at the bottom of the tab were it says how many points you have currently and then it shows something like this (spent)6500/9000 how am I supposed to train new bridge crew when I get new ones mine was maxed out and wouldent let me spend more. is there a way to get that to go…

im not sure if this is a bug or im missing something. I dismissed a few of my bridge officers to replace them with some new purple ones , at the bottom of the skill training tab for them it says "spent" points is maxed and im unable to train any of there skills. I was thinking when I dismissed them that the spent points…
