I think this will be something they fix (Nothing to do with seeing Brandon's post saying the character team are investigating honest :P ) I also say this because I remember when STO was in the making people were saying Cryptic really go into so much detail allowing character customizations like they did with Champions…

These are my results just quoting them to seperate them for this little bit of post. The results are from Manchester United Kingdom using Sky Broadband ISP Update: Launcher worked fine through my Mobile Phone's internet if this helps narrow the problem.

The game servers are up just the account servers are down (or were if they come back online while typing this) Although I think it would be a good idea to show on the site and launcher a game server status and account server status to keep us more informed.
