This is definitely the game causing this issue. I was playing STO that very same morning and everything was fine. Then right after the last Shard update is when the nightmare began. I have uninstalled and re-installed, repaired Arc, force verified all files, updated my video driver, and gave Tech Support a "dxdiag.txt"…
