When it comes to not receiving what's been paid for, patience wears thin quickly. It's terrible customer service to not formally address such a serious issue.
What really gets me is that many of us paid for the ships we use, and still we don't even get so much as an apology. I had my T6 Valient for ONE day before this bug hit. The way I see it, I've been paid for something I never received. In other words, FRAUD.
If I bought anything else, I would expect it to be working properly when I received it, and if it wasn't I'd expect an immediate replacement (hotfix) or a full refund. Got the same issue on my T6 Valiant. I did a random encounter and a cruiser outflanked me. It's ridiculous. How are we supposed to get our cannons on target quickly when we can barely turn?
Same here on PS4. My T6 Valiant turns as slowly as a cruiser. It's taking all the fun out of having a ship like that, since your turn rate is vital for getting cannons on target. Needs an immediate fix.
