What are you talking about? Not only are there elite missions, but this costume doesn't require their optional objectives. All it requires is the completion of the XII ground set and the completion of the subsequent project. I did both, but it didn't show up.

Honestly I'm in the same situation. I completed the reputation project, but then it never showed up in the tailor. I tried submitting a ticket, but support was pretty much useless. If you find out how to fix it, PLEASE let me know.

I actually would like to see more stuff from the movie reboots. Like the Federation Battleship from Into Darkness. Or the Klingon uniforms from the same film.
