Another problem - the game would not let me hail Nog at the end of Communications Problems to complete it.

Since the update to ViL, there are 2 voiceovers that play at the same time when the Break Even hails your ship during the Training Cruise mission. There are still a couple of missing voiceovers that previously played but no longer do play, but will post about them later.

Just installed another 123MB patch when I tried to log on just now so something's happening...

Probably because the Tribble server is down at the moment and has been since late last night (BST). Maybe the powers that be will release them when they let people log back onto the server...whenever that might be...

I couldn't agree more! What I don't understand as well is if there's a problem with space why have they gone back and added voiceovers to earlier missions? No offence meant to the people who did them but I'd be very surprised if they cost more than getting the actual actors from the series in and yet the majority of what's…

Yes - and that's a relatively recent mission that's been added, so it's not just something that's having an impact earlier on in the game - it's throughout the game.
