I'm getting the same thing. I even tried it on a short test mission with 1 space map and one objective and got the Publish Failed after 50%

I just tested my 11 map foundry mission with a team. It appears that the splitting occurs on every other map. It does not seem to matter whether that map is indoor outdoor or space.
