  • My current oldest mail is dated 16th June 2013, however I had text mail in my inbox dating back to the launch of the game up until ten minutes ago. I've also lost 6 to 12 mails from the Exchange returning items that had expired.
  • I've noticed that there's been a large increase in the amount of rubber banding and lag over the past week. At the moment, the game is almost unplayable outside of DOFF missions and selling/buying on the Exchange. You may notice that the numbers in the Nettest are very low, however these numbers are not backed up with on…
  • I'm sorry syberghost but you're wrong. As I said, I tested it today on a computer (my work PC) that has never logged into either the game or the STO website. I have Account Guard enabled on my account. I was able to trigger an email address change without triggering an Account Guard verification. The only actions that…
  • Check your email account doesn't have any rules set up to instantly delete incoming emails from certain senders or with certain subject lines. Otherwise it may be a case of just waiting, the longest I've had to wait for a reset email to be sent is ~1 hour.

It does cover game logins, as well as activating features on your account (ie, redeeming CD keys from retail boxes, the Del Taco Promotion code, etc.) and STO Gateway. It does not however cover changes to your account email address or password, and herein lies the…
  • Yes, but you seem to be missing my point. By logging into the game website, you are able to change the account email address. This action does not trigger an account guard verification. Once the change is complete, which strangely requires verification of the new address only, any future account guard verifications will be…
  • There is one small problem with this point. Changing your account email address does not trigger an account guard verification. I've just tested it with my work PC, which I've never used to log into either the game or the website before.
