Atte,pted tp purchase $10 Zen via Arc page, received error 'Transaction cancelled', yet it pulled the money out of my account (Over $14, with exchange rate). It dated the transaction for the 29th, today being the 27th. No Zen in game, yet PWI has taken payment for it.

Check to see if you have an overflow bag (such as in the screenshots supplied above). I've run into this bug a couple times, and EVERY time, the items I'm missing are in an overflow bag, even if I have tons of inventory space. I've been able to recover from it, by saving a loadout.
