I upgraded my reman advance prototype shields for my ship... after that, it just disappeared... how do I retrieve it back?

The launcher does opens and can patch up to lets say 1.1 to 9 percent, but then restarts. The first time I thought it could be I have to wait a bit, so after 12 hours, it showed me 0 percent...
