• Also having an issue with teaching my officers new skills. I've been trying to teach my tac officer Cannon: Rapid Fire II and I have the training manual and expertise required but it just brings up the dialogue box to confirm then I press ok and then nothing.

• Also having an issue when changing one of the colors of an officer it also changes another color somewhere on them, like when changing their eye color it will also change the color of any facial patterns.
