Hello all~ If you guys are still recruiting I am interested. Long time MMO player, and played STO back during release. Back to see the changes, and I'm pleased so far. Looking for a low-key but active fleet to fly with, and you lot seem to fit the bill. particularly after scanning the thread.

This same bug has been happening to me, with nearly the exact same parameters. I'm getting it with my recon science vessel, and performed all of the loadout saves that have been suggested thus far in the thread to no avail. This bug really does make it absurd for any captain that relies heavily on skills to be effective.
