Most likely be on Nov. 15 or 16. These dates make since since the special bug ship promotion and the starbase special project ends around the same time.

In terms of people who ran the STFs hundreds of times. Cryptic should make an algarithm to check the person's accolades and give them STF marks that way. If crytpic says that this will be to labor intensive and not efficent then it also shouldn't convert the edc and other STF currencies since it will take a similar scan.
