I have the exact same issue. I leveled up from 11 to 12 during a TFO before I had the chance to turn the quest in to Lt. Ferra. I would just delete and remake the toon, except that I claimed the Age of Discovery Starter Pack on her, so I would permanently lose the XP boost and extra inventory slots if I did.

I work 7 days on/7 days off. Today was my last off-day. I was hoping to enjoy some STO tonight since I won't be able to again for a week. It looks like it won't be happening... :-(

FWIW (and probably not much), I'm running a MacBook Pro, and I use Boot Camp for Windows, and I tried the same thing through OS X, and got the same result ("You may not log in from this IP address") Not sure how to run a tracert in OS X, or if it would even make a difference...

Interesting that most of them are going through cogentco.com but mine went through zayo.com. I've seen a couple others that are going through other routes, but the vast majority seem to be cogentco.com. I wonder what the difference is.
