I completely agree with this, i love to change ships and the problem that sometime saves/sometime not, expecially with abilities tray drive me crazy :(

Thx for your answers, so i see that is a general problem and i hope they will fix it soon... I think it's more related to loby/lockboxes ships and not c-store since i was able to buy romulan drone for my scimitar as soon as i bought it....or maybe i was lucky...
