I'm pleased we are getting an option to upgrade. They could have and well within their rights to never give us the option. Engineering Captains can use Power to Engines. i use it all the time. gets me out of Gw and especially space snot everytime. Another trick is to pop hazard emitters then Evasive maneuvers. Works the same as above. :)
