i am having same issue, i try to log on after some time of being off and it comes up error. i am running wondows 10 and it worked the last time i was online and now nothing.

I Think That The Fleet Should Be Able To Create Any Uniform Locked Items Or Not And Have Their Members Wear Them. For Locked Items the Fleet Could Pay For Those Instead Of Individual plAyers. This Way A Fleet Could Create Their Uniform They Want And If Needed pay For Items On It Then Put Those Uniforms On Their Fleet Tab.
