Go to the Tau Dewa sector Dyson Sphere gate and the quest will start. The quest is for sub 50's as well and avoids the actual level 50 sphere space. Quest sends you to a single player copy of it.

I fly around and hit the big pay out Doff dxp missions every time I log in. I restarted playing a month ago at around 55k into rank 3 and am now at 83k rank 3. Not for me. The other two team members got a complete (both of em for a second+ time) but not I. Hasn't worked solo for 3 other tries either.
