I bought steam runner bundle (T5 and T1) on my romulan toon, i did not get any free ship upgrade on the promotional tab?

Just focus on worker bees, ignore shuttles. After you are done with them, then kill the shuttles... It will be easier with single beams and beam overload.

You can get the boff using your allied contact on esd or first city. There is still no romulan uniform :(

For 5/3 antiproton setup it is worth it, with 2 omni in the back and kkb, but even for pve you need good turn rate. Works really well on my scimitar, but when i tried copy the layout on elachi sheshar, the ship is to slow for that

I had that problem when game tried automatically load itself in DX11, try launcher -> options -> command line -> -d3d9, write that down. Do try, maybe it helps...

Still you cant get rapid mod from upgrading weapons, just from crafting from scratch :)

No, [rapid] is crafting mod, since you cant craft polorized disruptor weapons you cant get rapid mod. They are lock box weapon

I dont have corrosive plasma, but looking at the proc and extra mod compared to rom plasma i think in theory it should be better that rom plasma. I did fix it eventually, in sector space, unequipped couple of consoles, saved loadout, requiped and saved again. Seems that did the trick...

If they could do: Effect can occur once every 15 sec that.... Thing would be extremely useful. ;) I currently use MK XIII [ResAll], so i could remove single fleet neutronium on escort builds, and dont care to much about subsystem power

Borg console should be upgradable, they missed quite a few consoles, i am sure with DR they will fix that, i hope. Turns fine for me with 7 beams, if you want cannons boost your flight speed and turn rate (why would you, cannons dont do enough pew-pew these days). As of staying alive, more then enough for STF(e). Just keep the ship moving and pew-pewing... I find other cruisers to tanky, or unnecessary to tanky, i do fly gal-x on fed…

My ground superior ones are still in the inventory, so are the accelerators, if that is what you have asked, they will stay after October 14 as well, there is no reason why would they remove it

Plasma disruptor are basically romulan plasma with disruptor energy. If you like those as DHC you are gonna love plasma disruptor because disruptors have more variants and nice 2-piece boost from CC set. I will also suggest Caustic Plasma and maybe dual injection singularity core once i see what are the stats on higher…
