Installed Arc, and it just wont run, i tried repair, reinstall, run as administrator and nothing.

Damn, i read this on another post, instead of your normal username, type the e-mail you registered with and use your usual password it should get you into the game. mine is verifying file right now.

Ahhh.. yes, happened to me yesterday with three toons, two going to KDF academy and one to DS9, nad i am in mexico, so no verizon shenanigans with me. And now i get an unable to authenticate message on patcher/login window. on all cryptic games i have, STO, Champions online and neverwinter.

I played ok yesterday, when i went to DS9, game booted me to login screen with a "timed out connecting to server" error message, i loaded the game again with another toon, this time i went to KDF academy and game booted me with the same error message as the first. loaded the game again, entered with my romulan toon, went…

Nevermind, solved it, renamed file and forced ferify for patcher to download file again, i could log into game. If you have errors with file that crash the game, rename them, add a _ (do not delete) and do a force verify so patcher downloads the required file again.
