• im stuck in the loading screen right before the character creator. i have waited for over an hour and it still doesn't work. please help. (Edit) it got past but its just a flickering black screen with green dots now

• i can't get past the loading screen. i've waited for over two hours before restarting my computer because i can't do anything with it up. any help would be appreciated. (Edit): i was using an outdated launcher
