Nope can't say it is. That was the first place I checked. Also looked through my mail, inventory, exchange, banks... Not finding it anywhere.

One of my buddies is having the same issue, and likewise nothing was working. It seemed to be limited to a specific toon, primarily his Fed aligned Romulan. His other toons worked as they should. We were hoping that it was going to get fixed as soon as the Tholian red alert finished, but we will see.

I have noticed this same thing on both this set and on the romulan impulse engines.
