• I lost all of my items I had in my emails, also.

• My emails are messed up on each of my characters. I have a lot of saved, old emails, with items in them - they are gone! I had a few returned items from the exchange - on one character I could see a couple and retrieved the items but on a few of my other characters, I could not see those emails at all.
