You need to claim the reward to unlock it. Whereever you unlock your other Gamma Recruit rewards. Again, each other character needs to claim this reward (via Philip Crey at Earth Spacedock, Commander Q'on in First City, or Subcommander Kail at the Romulan Flotilla).

Are you talking about the accolades for exploring each cluster 15, 35 and 70 times? If so, then it is my experience that successfully completing any of the DOFF missions in that cluster will raise the accolade counter by one. However, it only seems to work once a day (probably actually every 20 hours).

PC users didn't get the Miracle Worker bundle with Season 14. As the console release schedule seems to follow the PC release schedule, I'd expect the console players will get the bundle in around two weeks time.

to the OP: 1) there are two consoles in the Outskirts area. Are you trying the correct one? (Looking at the map, you want the console to the far left, not the one at the top of the area) 2) to access the console, you (well, the team) need to control the nearby Omega Generator. Good luck! Seconded. I can't tell you how many times I think I've pushed up or down on the left stick only for the game to register a left or right instead. I would much rather use the D-Pad for these mini-games.
