How are small KDF fleets supposed to get fleet marks AT the keyboard? Roll your eyes across that question. One hour waits for fleet action queues is not going to work.

Well, I finally got a response... They know nothing. Pretty frustrating, just keep filing tickets so they are aware that it affects enough people to merit attention.

I thought that maybe I was being punished when it was only on one account.. Multiple characters on multiple accounts having the bug makes me think it's on thier end. Any response would beat no response...

For me it's.... 1. Log in to see if I can refine dilithium yet. ( It's been over a week so far.) 2. Check to see if they have even bothered to respond to my tickets ( Over a week and nothing. ) 3. Start another fleet project if possible and log out.

Well, it's been a week and not only can I not refine dilithium on my primary character, but now I can't refine on 9 characters across 5 different accounts. So far this has only affected my kdf characters. Maybe that's why I get no responses from CS even though Ive sent in multiple tickets/updates. I honestly believe that…

I can't refine dilithium on around 5 of my characters. It's a showstopper for me. At this point I only log in to see if I can refine yet and then log out for another day. Don't worry though, after a few more days I'll probably stop logging in alltogether.:(

I've been sitting on zero refined dilithium for 3 full days while my unrefined reserve grows. I'm trying to complete a torpedo project that's stuck due to no dilithium, so I'd notice if it was auto refining. It's happening on a few of my characters, but not others.

Its been another couple of days and I still can't refine dilithium. Nothing but silence from customer service... I'll probably get banned for complaining even though it'd not my fault that the game is broken and customer service is non-existant.

I disagree. Too much grind for the chance to spend 32.5k dil and 1000 om per piece of gear. The old system was much less of a grind.

LOL. They aren't going to put some crazy dilithium per shot mechanic in game, just like they aren't going to implement a kick option. Just don't pug if it bothers you.

I am almost certain that there is something betweem instant and years. Instant is too fast, but taking a year/years is just too long. If it was a fun method, then small fleets would still eventually get there. But a boring, expensive, and months long grind is no way to entertain the masses.

So...shoot one ship and heal yourself, THEN go afk. Stop pugging if it's a problem. There are other ways to get a group and much better things to spend dev time on.
