There is no class F shuttle for sale on the zen store, i looked. im also not going to spend real money to compensate for something in game not working correctly

I know, i was never given this token, i assumed it would be given as a reward for a later tutorial mission, it was never added to my account so i was never able to purchase this, ive been emailing customer support for weeks and they dont seem to understand this, something has broken the quest and the token is not awarded…
