This appears to be intermittent, have had this on and off all day... typically it resolves in a half hour or so, but currently this is the third time today this has happened. IMHO Step one for a basic support strategy would be for these winged hussars to include the updated link to the threads that were merged instead of making wise remarks to customers that are already aggravated.... this is customer support 101

Also repeated issue myself, hit change characters, and got disconnected, and now cannot reconnect.

Another coal to the fire, same issue.The icon in the launcher is green, suggesting server is up, but timeout. Any support staff care to comment? It figures too, as today is the day I complete my anniversary event, so was looking forward to logging in with anticipation, lol
