Probably a glitch but maybe he falsified his credentials on his application or possibly a DOFF friend serving on your ship is the duty officer who vouched for him.

Just switching toons allowed me to log in to my character stuck on Risa. Yes, just above the logout command is one to change characters.

Cross all borders on the above mentioned sectors. I found that going to the Nexus of four sectors and circling clockwise to cross all the borders, then reversing and crossing them all counterclockwise did the trick. Even then it took some patience.

Nobody else has this problem? Should the account link feature not work as it is stated on the support site?

Ahh if only in game support was available then I would not have to wait for my account to be linked somehow so that I can get support.

It only took a moment to unlock the store on each toon since competition of the initial mission from Q gives you the 1 item you need to complete the reputation. I was not sure but take no chances since I am still awaiting resolution of my account linking and credit for the I.S.S. Stadi from the mirror event.

One toon needs to unlock but I believe you need to complete the reputation to open the store on your other toons.

In order to claim the I.S.S. Stadi, I read that someone got help via submitting a support ticket. You need to link your console id to get that it seems. Unfortunately, the instructions for account linking do not work. So, unless you successfully set it up upon first opening the game you might be stuck like me.…

The boff must have the specialization and it must be available as their crew position. Some ships have pilot or command in the different boff crew position. The specialist must be positioned there.

There is a glitch where you can get New Romulus missions before you are actually eligible. Finish the regular story arcs first then do New Romulus after you receive the hail that indicates it is the introduction.

The lvl 20 Klingon promotion is broken, think if you lvl to 21 before you claim it. Now, I think your best bet is lvl to 30 and that promotion will work and allow the lvl 20 promotion ship to become available.

It's broken but you can play around it. Keep leveling til you hit lvl 30. At lvl 30 you get promoted again. When you go receive the promotion, it registers the lvl 20 promotion too so you can go claim the ship for both promotions.

For me I had to finish other story arcs, after the Borg Advance arc I received a hail from New Romulus that opened up a mission. Turns out this mission was a prerequisite to the other missions I was receiving as I achieved each tier in the Romulan reputation. I was not able to complete any of those missions previously but…

For bonus marks, I have noticed it seems the only way to know if you still have the bonus is if you have a mission which states the mark rewards. Look at what it tells you and then after receiving the marks look at how many you actually receive. It's a bit frustrating not having a more descriptive character screen. Like…

For the lvl 20 Klingon promotion I think your best option is to lvl to 30, via DSE is very quick. Then go claim the promotion and tour lvl 20 and 30 ships and continue your story missions.

Yep, but for some reason I was offered missions for New Romulus before I was eligible and could not complete or drop them.

The New Romulus arc opened after I finished the Borg Advance arc. It seems the game offered me some of the New Romulus missions before I was eligible but finishing the Borg missions caught me up and rectified the New Romulus missions by offering me the intro quest. Shows 0% and no episodes unlocked. However, I have the missions Secret Shuttle Codes and Web Access in my active missions.

It does not offer me mountain pass and it is not completed so I cannot replay it.

Unfortunately, on ps4 my game skipped over the mountain pass episode. Now I have secret shuttle codes but I cannot progress it, I guess because I have not completed the mountain pass episode. Additionally, it will not allow me to drop the secret shuttle codes episode so I am stuck.

At least you can do them. On console (PS4) I am stuck on secret shuttle codes because the game skipped the mountain pass episode. Now I cannot complete secret shuttle codes, as the NPC Romulan Civilian does not show. Additionally, it will not allow me to drop the quest. How do you like them apples?

Limited experience may cause a skewed pov on your part ATM. I see plenty of ppl in the various zones and instances. So many I see foreign languages. On a side note, how come the universal translator is not working?
