Basically this game has been completely unplayable for over a week now with updates that span 80% of my playtime and fix nothing. Y'all really need to take a class in Value Stream Management and learn the term Non-Value added work. and maybe a customer service class.

well the server is down for maintenance so maybe that's part of it? Try restarting your pc, yesterday it wouldn't update and I had to reboot the whole pc, windows 10. but it worked on reboot. I find this wholly dissapointing and combined with a lack of real content for fans of the series, turns Star Trek Online into a glorified android game like Timelines, with repetitive poorly constructed missions which are released at a snails pace.

after some searching if anyone is here for the Launcher being stuck minimized in the taskbar, its a longtime known bug I just found. Open task manager, applications, maximize STO launcher, worked ok so far, its patching atm. not sure why this "hidden window" bug happened all of a sudden.

Actually I have noticed increased performance on my oldschool Dual Core, even managed to turn some settings up, it does seems a little more RAM intensive but normally I have actually seen significant improvement in space combat, ground combat perhaps it has dropped some.

Its mail. not a bank. EVERY game has limited bank space, this is usually solved by having a bank toon, or if you really wanted to a bank starbase. If you run out of space for items, you liquidate them. I fail to see the real problem here.

How many times can a server fail in a week? Server instability issues?
