Haven't tried the rollback yet - but may have to as no other fixes I've found have worked. I've currently logged a ticket with Support and they are currently looking into the matter as well. Not sure how long that'll take them though, so may have to rollback Win 10 :/ not an ideal solution.
I am also experiencing this issue. Any work around? I've tried same steps you have, as well as a complete fresh install of the game and nothing has worked yet.
