Are there any plans to allow upgrades to existing Bridge Officers? I have had some of my bridge officers since launch and they are part of my crew. The issue is that many of them aren't the higher quality Boff's but almost all white. Is there something in the works to allow us to increase their quality?

I've made a couple bug reports but haven't heard anything back or seen any of the Dev's acknowledge this... anyone know if there's a planned fix or at least a "we're working on it!"?

I'm seeing the exact same thing... can barely talk to anyone in fleet since whatever they say scrolls off the screen so quickly.
