I have the same problem. Only with on character, nor is it new (it's my first char created in 2010) neither is a Delta Recruit. First have problem with armor, shield and weapon, now armor remains equiped but shield and weapon not.

After yesterday emergency maintenance can't login. Always appears "Unable to authenticate: Connection to the account server timed out"
