BUG (?): Prisoners don't seem to be dropping from admiralty system missions. EXAMPLE: Escort High-Security Prisoner Transport (Rare KDF path mission). Not sure if this is the best place for it, and apologies if it's been asked elsewhere, but are pass tokens supposed to be granted by every crit? ^ Came here to report that also. I hadn't even picked up the mission, I don't believe, but the toon had previously completed the whole Cardi arc, if that's significant.
