Ok, I finally found the cause of my crashing issue, with no help from support. I use a program called Displayfusion to randomize my desktop wallpaper. Ok, I am now trying to access the launcher on my laptop, and it is doing the same thing. Just tried remove the Star Trek entries from the windows registry. I did find one that had the userID stored. But even after that I am still getting no tabbing between fields and no enter to log in, and when I click login it crashes instantly. still hoping for some feedback here with an idea or two.

Another update, if I just run the game client and skip the launch since I know the installation is up to date. I can open the game, but it seem to hang when trying to connect to the account servers. Update. I copied the game from the computer I was able to log in on to my game system. I am getting the same error from a known good copy of the game on this computer. I am my WTF point with this issue. I don't know why this is happening. Please assist.
