I have the same problem only mine won't load to Beta Quadrant sector space. I found a work around though, created a new character, skipped tutorial and then hit change character and it let me in. Yet it still won't let me onto the map normally, keep having to change character.

I've tried that, and everything else I can think of including repair and then wiping and re-installing and it still gets to 92 percent on the loading screen, and still dies, and you can't submit a ticket because that's screwed as well, so I'm at the limit of my patience, everything was working fine yesterday.
